- Every person that joins one of your campaigns (either directly or through a referral) counts as a User.
- What is a campaign?
- A campaign is a pre-launch waitlist or referral program for a single audience. You would want multiple campaigns if you develop in staging and production environments.
- What happens if I go over my limit of users?
- At Prefinery, pay a fair monthly price based on your actual usage. Each plan includes a specific quantity of users. If you exceed that limit, an overage charge of $0.005 per user per month applies. You are not obligated to upgrade to the next highest plan. Learn more about how overage charges work.
- How does your 14-day risk-free trial work?
- You can try any Prefinery plan totally free for 14 days. At the end of the 14 days, if you haven't provided a payment method, your account will be downgraded to our Free plan, which offers limited functionality.
- Can I change plans or cancel at any time?
- Of course. You can do this from within your Prefinery account.
- What is your refund policy?
- We offer a 30 day refund policy from the day you are charged. If more than 30 days have passed, we still want to treat you right. If you're not satisfied for one reason or another, get in touch with us!
- Can we get custom terms or a SLA?
- If your Legal or Procurement team needs custom Terms of Service, a custom Data Processing Agreement (DPA), and/or a Service Level Agreement (SLA), check out our Enterprise Plan.
- What types of payment do you accept?
